How much will my shipping be?
- We offer free UK shipping for orders over £75. For orders under this & international orders, it will depend on your purchases, which are all calculated at checkout for you, but rest assure, we always look at our prices to make sure they're fair competitive prices for you. If I ordered on Monday, how long will it take for my purchase to arrive to me, on standard shipping?
- We do our absolute best to get your parcels securely picked, packed and wrapped with the upmost care, at speed. We aim to start this process as soon as your order comes through, therefore if you ordered Monday we like to have it out the door Tuesday approximately, so on standard shipping it should be with you Friday/Saturday at the latest, all being well with our couriers services.
What if I have a question about one of your products?
- Great, we love to hear from our customers! That is why we've added a drop down form called 'Ask a question' on every product listing, so do not hesitate to fill it out and send it through. We aim to get you answers within 24 hours of you asking your question(s).
How are my items packaged?
- We're so glad you asked, we're nerds and love packing your items. The short answer is very securely & neat! Being a consciously sourced company, we always recycle packaging where possible, we also use eco dissolvable peanuts as the filler, not plastic, so when you get them, simply put them in the sink, pour water on them & they will dissolve! Magic! We encourage you to reuse boxes or packaging you receive from us, every little bit helps our planet.
My product has arrived damaged, what do I do?
- We have a very robust quality control and packing procedures, however in the rare event, your parcel does arrive damaged, don't worry, simply take a picture of it and send it to: hello@hibehome.co.uk, along with your order number and name, this is so we have evidence for our courier or supplier, our Hibe team will check it over & we will replace your item, hassle free, if in stock. If it isn't we will refund it, excluding your shipping costs. For further information, please head over here!
My item has arrived and I am not sure I've made the right choice?
- We understand that sometimes it's just not quite right for your home, but don't worry, simply head over to our returns & refunds page, for full details on how to send it back to us.
Can I get my item shipped faster than standard delivery?
- Absolutely you can! Simply select express shipping at checkout and your item will be put on our speedy service, which is approx. 1-2 days from your purchase date, please note that is only available for orders you made on working days, Monday to Friday. Friday orders must be ordered before 3pm in order to be posted out same day. If your order was made at the weekend, please allow extra days for processing, as your order won't be posted out until the next working day.
Can I have my item(s) sent to a non UK address?
- You can indeed, simply select the country at checkout and it will automatically calculate the shipping at checkout for you. Remember that you will be responsible for any customs taxes or costs upon entry of the chosen country. We will provide you with a tracking number so you can track it to your address on international orders. We will also provide you with an invoice so you can claim the tax back, if you're a business.
Can I add a gift message into my package, as it's a gift?
- You can indeed, we will handwrite your message for you and pop it in with your parcel. We can boast we have quite good handwriting amongst the team, no word of a lie, one of us won a handwriting competition! We knew that would impress you! Simply contact us after your purchase, with your chosen message and we will make sure your family or friend gets your personalised gift message in with their parcel.
I would like a larger order and you don't seem to stock it in the numbers I need?
- We receive new stock on a weekly basis, but do get in touch and we may be able to make a bespoke order for your specific needs, simply click here and tell us what you're looking for and we'll do our best to help you.
I am an interior designer, can I get a discount?
- Yes you can, simply fill out our trade form here, to apply for discount and we'll get back to you with further details.
Is your lighting stocked?

Please note our lighting is not stocked and some lights vary on timelines. We will always do our best to reflect that in the listings, but it is not always possible to update stocks as accurate as we'd like due to high demands. Therefore we'd advise that you contact us if your lighting us urgent, so we can advise an accurate shipping date on the light you're interested in.

If you're purchasing ARCFORM lighting, this is custom made to order, therefore takes 4-5 weeks to create for you.
