Firstly thank your for considering a purchase with Hibe Home, or for actually purchasing! As a small business we really do appreciate you spending your hard earned cash with us & in return we believe in making sure you get the very best service, it's only fair!
Please see below details of our refund and returns mantras & how to go about getting it resolved, with ease:
Returns Mantra:
Before returning your item(s) to us, please get in contact with our team, via email beforehand, just so we know to expect it, please email: hello@hibehome.co.uk
We offer a 30 day return policy, so if your purchase is within 30 days of your purchase date, you can send to us, hassle free and once we receive it back to us here at Hibe, in tact, in the condition it was sent out, we will process your refund, which can take up to 5 working days, this is due to different banks having different processing times! Typical. If your purchase is out of your purchase date, ping over an email anyway to: hello@hibehome.co.uk and we will see what we can do for you.
Returns do need to be returned at your own cost, but once received, we will refund your original purchase, excluding shipping. Sadly as a small business we can't refund your returned shipping cost. Eventually we hope, with your support, to offer paid returns, but only until we get bigger we are afraid....

Refunds Mantra:
Not a damaged item:
If you're returning an item, that is not damaged, please contact us first, via email, as we may be able to offer an alternative solution you never know! Then send it back to the returns address above, once our returns team receive it back, in the condition it was sent out in, we will process your refund as quickly as possible. Sadly we can't refund you back the cost of the return, unless it was damaged. Once it arrives into our returns team, refunds can take up to 5 working days to land back into your bank account, this is due to different bank processing times. We promise it will be done as soon as humanly possible our end.
Received a damaged item:
In the rare event you have received your item(s) damaged, please email a picture to us first, along with your order number & name, this is so we have evidence for our suppliers or couriers, if we have it still in stock we will send out a replacement, no questions asked, as some of our products are handmade, and stocks are low, we sadly may not be able to replace it for you, so we will refund you in full instead! Again refunds can take up to 5 days to process, this is due to different banks having different processing times. We will always process our end as soon as possible for you.
Replacements:
If stocks allow, we will offer you a replacement, whether you've made the wrong choice or received a damaged item (which is extremely rare, because we're demon packers!) Just get in touch, to start the conversation to a solution that suits you.
